Money Has Passed Hands
By Our Work we are Changed.
tl;dr The Bank have now paid the printers, so I am just waiting on the final physical proof copy to arrive in order to give the go-ahead for printing. That should be with me in the next few days. Then, once the go-ahead has been given, as we are now paying for expedited delivery, that should then take a further 10 days for all the decks to arrive with us. We can then start distribution, still hopefully before and over the holiday period as planned.
Money, Time & Money
So this week has been very quiet, other than communications between myself, our bank complaint department and the international payments team. To cut a long story short, the money has just today gone through to the printers - following an unexpected two-week delay for fraud checks.
Tomorrow I will pay the extra several thousand for expedited delivery, which means we will gain one week back from the two weeks spent by the bank.
That should still put us in the frame for printing, delivery and distribution prior to and over the holiday period.
Surveys
Thank you to everyone who has completed their survey! I think about 86% of you have done so, which is a fine number - ask us if you have not seen your survey yet!
We have been busy locking orders and collecting any final payments, so the next step will be to "lock addresses", which I will do once the decks are on the way to us. At that point, there will be a 48-hour alert for you to confirm or change your address. If you do not need to change your address, you can either confirm or ignore the alert - but it helps us if you do confirm!

In the meantime, I will be starting on development of several of the stretch goals, likely starting with the online reading system. More on that next week!
And that is all for this week - the eastern horizon is indeed starting to see the first break of light, heralding the dawn to come.
